Our team of experts have been involved in hundreds of installations around the world, and can provide you with the support and expertise you require to be able to operate your system as efficiently as possible. Whether as part of a team with the equipment OEM, or individually as the filter manufacturer, we work with our range of partners to ensure that you get the support you need, when you need it.
One of the key attractions of Ceramic Filters are their capability to achieve long life. While warranties help with cost management, they don’t help with proactive diagnosis. As a result, we provide filter spot checks, providing you the information you need to be able to understand the performance and expected future life of your ceramic filters.
With the ever-changing world we live in, the cost and schedule volatility in both manufacturing and shipping can provide huge headaches for clients. While we recommend maintaining an active stock of filters at your facility, this is not always possible or feasible. To help minimize issues, we maintain a modest stock of filters within North America to provide emergency replacement of filters within a short timeframe.
The Cerafil production process gives uniform porosity throughout the filter structure, together with an outer wall of higher density than the bulk. This method of production yields exceptional dust capture on the outer surface, with virtually no dust penetration, preventing premature clogging. This allows a longer time between cleaning cycles, which reduces compressed air consumption and minimizes the mechanical pressure which may otherwise cause extended wear of the filters, reducing their life.
Competitor filters have a less dense outer surface, with an increasing density gradient throughout the structure from outside to inside. This will, over time, frequently result in particle penetration, thus increasing pressure drop, and increasing cleaning energy required and more frequent cleaning cycles. All of this leads to compromised filter life.
Cerafil ceramic filter tubes are based on a unique production process, and the porosity of the finished product is in the optimal 80%-85% range. Extensive experimental data has shown that Cerafil ceramic filter tubes have significantly lower operating resistance after commissioning.
Having developed the world’s first catalytic ceramic filter in 2003, we pioneered the simultaneous integration of dust removal, denitrification, desulfurization, and dioxin removal. Today, our industry leading manufacturing is proven to deliver the best porosity and most efficient surface filtration effect, enabling us to guarantee Particulate Matter (PM) removal efficiency over 99.99%, with particle removal down to <2 mg/m3.
Cerafil ceramic filters are proven to be the most cost-effective ceramic filter on the market. Combining the highest quality and performance, with low lifetime costs, Cerafil provides our clients with cost-effective long-term multi-pollutant reduction.
